Job Overview
Aisle & Abroad is seeking a dedicated Fully Remote Travel Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this full-time position, you will deliver outstanding customer support to travelers, assisting with bookings, inquiries, and resolutions via phone, email, and chat. Work from anywhere in the world while helping customers create unforgettable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries about flights, hotels, itineraries, and travel policies. Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy and empathy. Resolve complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction. Provide personalized travel recommendations and upsell services when appropriate. Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex travel needs. Monitor customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in travel or hospitality. Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Mandarin are a plus. Strong computer skills with experience in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
