Job Overview Brown & Brown is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kansas. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audiences while maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience needs. Manage digital content creation including social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates to keep our online presence fresh and engaging. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for growth. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to execute events, promotions, and advertising initiatives. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports to measure ROI and optimize future efforts. Assist in brand management by ensuring all marketing materials adhere to established guidelines and visual identity standards. Support sales teams by providing marketing collateral and lead generation support to help achieve revenue targets. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required. Minimum of two years of professional experience in marketing or advertising roles. Demonstrated experience with digital marketing platforms and tools is essential. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Skills Proficient in using CRM systems, social media management tools, and basic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
