Job Overview Vyve Broadband, a leading provider of broadband internet, TV, and phone services, is seeking a dynamic Direct Sales Representative for door-to-door sales in Hays, KS. Key Responsibilities Your primary focus will be conducting door-to-door sales outreach to promote Vyve Broadband's suite of services, including fiber-optic internet, digital TV packages, and voice services. You will identify potential customers, deliver compelling product demonstrations, overcome objections, and close sales to meet or exceed daily and monthly targets. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads using our CRM system, as well as collaborating with the sales team to share insights and strategies for territory growth. Additionally, you will build lasting customer relationships, handle initial service inquiries, and ensure a positive brand experience from first contact. Required Qualifications Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1-2 years of direct sales or customer-facing experience preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required due to extensive field travel within the Hays area. Previous door-to-door sales success in telecommunications, utilities, or retail is a strong plus. You should be physically capable of walking long distances outdoors in varying weather conditions and comfortable carrying promotional materials.
