Proactively monitor customer health metrics, identifying at-risk accounts and implementing retention strategies to boost engagement and renewals. Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve escalations swiftly and relay valuable customer feedback for product improvements. Create tailored success plans, track key performance indicators like usage rates and satisfaction scores, and deliver quarterly business reviews to demonstrate ROI. Stay ahead of industry trends to provide strategic advice, helping clients optimize their recruitment processes while upholding our commitment to exceptional service. Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS support. Proven track record in managing customer relationships remotely, with familiarity in HR tech or recruitment tools being a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for interacting with diverse clients across time zones. Skills Exceptional interpersonal abilities to build rapport and empathy with users. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, and customer success platforms such as Gainsight. Analytical mindset for interpreting data and generating insights. Technical aptitude with web applications, including Google Workspace and Slack. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently in a remote setting.
