Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, providing accurate information and solutions. Actively listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams. Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and data security standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes and achieve performance targets. Upsell products or services when appropriate, contributing to customer retention and revenue goals. Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators such as average handle time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. At least one year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment. Proficiency in using multiple computer applications simultaneously, including CRM software and Microsoft Office. Excellent command of the English language with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to pass a background check and any required drug screening. Skills Exceptional active listening and empathy to build rapport with diverse customers. Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. High level of multitasking and time management in a fast-paced remote setting. Technical proficiency with VoIP phones, chat tools, and remote desktop applications.
