Principle Choice Solutions LLC is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives for a full-time position starting in June 2026. This inbound-only role focuses on providing outstanding support to customers via phone, helping resolve inquiries, process orders, and ensure satisfaction in a dynamic call center environment located in Oklahoma. Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, listening actively to understand needs and concerns. Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to enhance customer experience. Process orders, updates, and returns while maintaining detailed records in our CRM system. Escalate complex matters to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution. Adhere to company protocols, quality standards, and performance metrics to contribute to team goals. Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve service delivery.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1 year in customer service, call center, or retail support experience. Must be available for a June 2026 start date. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and friendly phone presence. Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining composure under pressure. Basic computer proficiency, including typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
