Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and written correspondence from residents, homeowners, and board members with professionalism and empathy. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or management when necessary and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Process service requests, update resident records, and maintain organized communication logs to support efficient team operations. Collaborate with property managers and other departments to ensure consistent information flow and high-quality service delivery across all touchpoints. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, property management, or service-oriented environment, is strongly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities along with basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications and database systems. Skills Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills are essential for building rapport with diverse residents and stakeholders. The ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure while managing multiple inquiries simultaneously is critical.
