Key Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse in our plastic surgery clinic, you will prepare patients for surgical and non-surgical treatments, assist physicians during procedures such as facelifts, breast augmentations, liposuction, and injectables, and monitor vital signs to ensure patient safety. You will manage post-operative care, including wound dressing, medication administration, and patient education on recovery protocols. Additionally, you will maintain sterile environments, document patient interactions in electronic health records, coordinate pre-op and follow-up appointments, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence. Required Qualifications Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Iowa, with at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in plastic surgery, cosmetics, or surgical settings. A valid ACLS certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) are required, along with a strong understanding of aseptic techniques and patient safety protocols. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program is essential.
