Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in home services, utilities, or a call center environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
