Join Arthrex Sales Agencies as an Orthopedic Associate Sales Representative and play a key role in advancing orthopedic care across the Salina, Kansas region. In this full-time, field-based sales position, you will support the promotion and sale of Arthrex’s comprehensive portfolio of orthopedic surgical products to hospitals, surgical centers, and orthopedic specialists. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers while delivering clinical and technical expertise that supports successful surgical outcomes. Key Responsibilities include developing and executing territory business plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, conducting product demonstrations and in-service training sessions for surgeons and operating room staff, and providing real-time case coverage and technical support during orthopedic procedures. You will collaborate with agency leadership to identify new business opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies. Regular travel within the assigned territory is required to meet with customers, attend medical conferences, and stay current on industry trends. Required Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field, along with at least one year of medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales experience. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include prior orthopedic or sports medicine sales experience and knowledge of the local healthcare market. Essential Skills include strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, excellent presentation and communication skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, and the capacity to learn complex medical products quickly.
