Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate golf equipment through fittings and swing analyses to ensure optimal product matches. Maintain an organized, visually appealing golf section by stocking shelves, setting up displays, and executing promotional events. Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle returns and exchanges, and upsell complementary items to maximize revenue. Stay informed on golf trends, new product releases, and industry developments to provide expert advice. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and participate in store events like club demos or fitting clinics. Ensure a safe, clean store environment by adhering to merchandising standards and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, especially in sporting goods or golf retail. Passion for golf with basic knowledge of equipment, brands, and playing techniques. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
