Impact Marketing is seeking a dedicated Follow-Up Caller to join our remote team and support our sales operations through consistent customer engagement and outreach. This full-time commission position focuses on reconnecting with prospects and existing clients to move them through the sales pipeline while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service. Key Responsibilities include making outbound calls to leads and existing customers, following up on previous inquiries and marketing campaigns, accurately documenting call outcomes in the company CRM system, building rapport with prospects to understand their needs, and consistently achieving established call volume and conversion targets. The role requires maintaining detailed records of all communications and providing feedback to the marketing team on customer responses and market trends. Required Qualifications include previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles, strong verbal communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset. Candidates must be self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential for success.
