Aisles and Abroad is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and support customers with hotel reservations. This entry-level opportunity provides comprehensive training and the flexibility to work from anywhere within the state of Texas while delivering exceptional service to travelers worldwide.
In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms, assisting clients with finding and booking suitable hotel accommodations based on their preferences, budgets, and travel dates. You will process reservation requests, manage changes and cancellations, resolve billing concerns, and ensure all booking details are accurately recorded in our reservation systems. Additional responsibilities include providing detailed information about hotel amenities, destinations, and travel policies, as well as following up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any post-booking needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is preferred but not required, as we provide extensive onboarding and training. Candidates should be comfortable using computers and reservation software, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions. Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends is essential to support our global customer base.
