Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via video consultations to diagnose mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy, medication management, and crisis intervention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and primary care providers, to ensure holistic patient care. Monitor patient progress through follow-up appointments, adjust treatments as needed, and provide education on mental health wellness. Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. Participate in on-call rotations if required and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted PMHNP or APRN license in Arizona with prescriptive authority. Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program with specialization in psychiatric-mental health. Board certification by ANCC or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatry or mental health settings. DEA registration and current CPR certification. Experience with telehealth platforms is highly preferred. Skills Exceptional clinical judgment and diagnostic skills for diverse patient populations. Strong communication and empathy to build rapport in virtual settings. Proficiency in EHR systems like Epic or Cerner and telehealth tools such as Doxy.me. Ability to work independently with excellent time management.
