CCRN certification is preferred. Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in critical care nursing practices, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team, and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential.
