We are seeking an experienced Manager of Field Sales to oversee our Cloud Software Solution Sales division. In this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals responsible for acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts with our innovative cloud-based software solutions. This position offers the opportunity to drive strategic growth initiatives while working remotely from anywhere in Illinois. The Manager, Field Sales will be responsible for setting sales targets, coaching team members, and ensuring the achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, analyze market trends, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring sales representatives, conducting performance reviews, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. You will also monitor sales metrics, prepare reports for senior leadership, and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance team productivity. Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of sales management experience in the software or technology sector. Proven success in cloud software solution sales, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales targets and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
