Job Overview Mind Friend is seeking a dedicated Part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Florida or the US, providing top-tier support to our clients in the mental health and wellness space. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, delivering accurate information and solutions. Troubleshoot issues related to our services, products, or accounts, escalating complex cases to specialized teams when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and follow-up on open issues. Actively listen to customer concerns, de-escalate tense situations, and foster positive relationships to enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and contribute feedback for product enhancements. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT). Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company policies, products, and best practices in customer service. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, business, or related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or remote support role. Proven ability to handle high-volume inquiries with a calm, patient demeanor. Must be authorized to work in the US and able to commit to part-time hours (20-25 per week, flexible scheduling). Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues quickly. Proficiency in customer service software, CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), and Microsoft Office suite. Empathy and emotional intelligence, especially when supporting mental health-related inquiries. Technical savvy with remote work tools like Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of mental wellness topics is a plus.
