Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality, is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer service software like Zendesk or Salesforce is highly desirable. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
