NOVIAC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales & Trading to lead its sales and trading division based in Illinois. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives while overseeing trading activities to maximize profitability and market share. The Head of Sales & Trading will manage a team of sales and trading professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include setting and achieving revenue targets, developing client relationships with key accounts, analyzing market trends to inform trading strategies, and mentoring team members to enhance performance.
