Key Responsibilities
You will manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals, delivering prompt and accurate responses to questions about products, orders, and services. Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to appropriate teams while maintaining a positive customer experience. Process orders, update customer records in CRM systems, and collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Required Qualifications

At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a similar role is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel, and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zendesk is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
