As a Medical Resident, you will participate in direct patient care activities including conducting thorough medical histories and physical examinations, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The ideal candidate must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school and hold an active Illinois medical license or be eligible for licensure. Completion of an accredited internship program and current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical reasoning abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous medical education and professional development.
