In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding support to enhance their experience with our comprehensive product portfolio, including wiring devices, lighting management systems, and data centers solutions.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, promptly addressing questions about products, orders, and technical specifications. Resolve complaints efficiently by troubleshooting issues, processing returns or exchanges, and escalating complex matters to appropriate departments. Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system, track order statuses, and collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, you will identify upselling opportunities, provide product recommendations, and contribute to customer satisfaction surveys to help improve our services continuously.
Required Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a similar role is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zendesk is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Ideal candidates possess excellent problem-solving abilities, empathy, and active listening skills to build rapport with diverse customers. Technical aptitude for understanding electrical products and a customer-centric mindset are crucial. Proficiency in English is required; bilingual skills in Spanish or French are a plus. You should thrive under pressure, demonstrate attention to detail, and have solid organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
