In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding support to our customers, including farmers, distributors, and partners in the agriscience industry. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, technical support for seeds and crop protection products, and issue resolution to ensure timely fulfillment.
