Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls, emails, chats, and other inquiries from clients seeking medical advice, evacuation coordination, or travel security support. Triage urgent cases by gathering detailed information, assessing needs, and escalating to medical or security teams as required. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, update client profiles, and follow up to ensure resolution. Provide clear communication in high-stress situations, offering reassurance and guidance while adhering to company protocols and confidentiality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including nurses, doctors, and logistics experts to facilitate seamless service delivery. Contribute to quality improvement by participating in call monitoring, feedback sessions, and process enhancements.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, healthcare, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center, healthcare, or travel industry setting. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy. Excellent proficiency in English; multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, French) are a strong plus given our international client base.
Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication with active listening capabilities. Proficiency in customer service software, CRM tools like Salesforce, and Microsoft Office suite.
