Job Overview AVILOO Battery Diagnostics, a leader in innovative battery health analytics, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts in the United States, Texas region. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of regional sales strategies to meet and exceed ambitious revenue goals in Texas. Identify and prospect high-value leads in automotive fleets, service centers, dealerships, and industrial sectors, delivering compelling product demonstrations and closing deals. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, providing tailored solutions using AVILOO's advanced diagnostic tools. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create sales collateral, attend trade shows, and generate pipeline through targeted campaigns. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and report performance metrics to senior leadership. Mentor and support sales representatives, ensuring consistent execution of best practices across the territory. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, hardware, automotive, or energy sectors. Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas in a regional capacity. Willingness to travel up to 50% within Texas and surrounding areas, with a valid driver's license. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Skills Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to articulate technical benefits to diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset for forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales enablement tools. Self-motivated with resilience to handle rejection and a hunter's instinct for new business development. Knowledge of battery technology, EV markets, or diagnostics is highly desirable.
