Key Responsibilities
Respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare providers and patients with accurate, evidence-based responses. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product portfolios and therapeutic areas to ensure high-quality information delivery. Document all interactions in appropriate systems while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, and commercial teams to address complex information requests. Participate in training programs to stay current with product updates and industry developments. Support quality assurance initiatives by reviewing and updating medical information resources as needed.
Required Qualifications
Active nursing license in the state of Illinois with a minimum of two years clinical experience. Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare field required. Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, and therapeutic areas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Skills
Proficiency in medical information databases and electronic documentation systems. Ability to analyze complex medical inquiries and provide clear, concise responses.
