Steak n Shake is seeking an experienced Vice President of Retail Marketing to lead all marketing strategies and initiatives across retail locations in Illinois. This senior executive position will drive brand positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through comprehensive marketing programs. The VP will work closely with executive leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of retail marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and brand standards. Oversee all marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels to maximize reach and engagement. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve optimal return on investment. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in retail marketing and multi-location brand management. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research methodologies, and digital marketing trends. Experience managing large marketing budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI.
