Job Overview Spectrum, a leading provider of broadband internet, mobile, TV, and voice services, is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in Grand Island, Nebraska. Key Responsibilities Your primary focus will be generating retail sales by greeting customers, assessing their telecommunications needs, and recommending tailored Spectrum packages including high-speed internet, mobile plans, streaming TV, and voice services. You will conduct product demonstrations, explain technical features in simple terms, and overcome objections to close sales, consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. Responsibilities also include processing transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, upselling additional services, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Building lasting customer relationships through personalized service is essential, as is maintaining a clean and organized retail space. You will collaborate with store management to execute promotional campaigns, participate in team huddles, and provide feedback on customer trends to improve offerings. You should possess strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to stand for extended periods in a retail setting.
