This full-time position is ideal for professionals based anywhere in Nevada, operating on West Coast Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in enhancing client experiences for hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will handle a high volume of incoming customer calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. You will process sales orders, manage returns and exchanges, and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining detailed records in our CRM system. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with clients by offering personalized solutions, upselling relevant products, and following up to ensure satisfaction. Expect to collaborate with sales, logistics, and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or e-commerce. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zendesk is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work PST hours, including potential evenings or weekends, is mandatory for this remote role.
