Guest Supply is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity supporting clients across the East Coast. This full-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients. As a remote team member, you will play a critical role in representing the company’s commitment to quality service while enjoying the flexibility of working from anywhere within the designated region. The position offers opportunities to work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer needs efficiently and professionally. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with professionalism and care. You will utilize multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat to provide timely and accurate responses. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, tracking shipments, updating records in the company database, and ensuring all customer interactions are documented properly. You will collaborate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to coordinate solutions for complex customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, empathy, and clear communication skills in every interaction.
