Halter is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Lead to oversee and expand operations across the Kansas and Missouri markets. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales execution, offering the opportunity to shape the company's growth trajectory in the Midwest region.
The Regional Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of Kansas and Missouri. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners, and consistently meeting or exceeding regional revenue targets. The role requires regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with prospects, conduct presentations, and nurture existing accounts.
