Savers Value Village is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist II to provide outstanding support to customers while working remotely from Hawaii. In this full-time role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to exceptional service and sustainability. You will handle a variety of customer concerns with professionalism, using your problem-solving skills to deliver timely and accurate resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include managing inbound customer communications through multiple channels, investigating and resolving issues related to orders, returns, and product information, and maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions.
