Tractor Supply Company is seeking a dedicated Merchandising Sales Associate to join our team in Smith Center, Kansas. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment focused on serving the needs of farmers, ranchers, and rural communities. You will also assist with inventory management by receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and identifying low-stock items for reordering. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous retail or customer service experience preferred, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. A genuine interest in agriculture, outdoor activities, or rural lifestyles is highly valued.
