Join US Foods as a Customer Service Representative supporting our National Sales team in the Central Region. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. You will work closely with the sales team to support account management activities, maintain accurate customer records, and ensure timely follow-up on all requests. Daily responsibilities include managing high call volumes, utilizing CRM systems to track interactions, coordinating with internal departments to resolve product or delivery concerns, and providing product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
To succeed in this position, candidates must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proven experience in customer service or sales support roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software is essential.
