Talentoma is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding service experiences to our diverse customer base. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere within Texas while helping customers resolve inquiries and technical issues efficiently.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications across multiple channels including email, chat, and phone support. Your daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, troubleshooting product or service issues, processing orders and returns, maintaining detailed customer interaction records in our CRM system, and escalating complex matters to appropriate team members when necessary. You will also contribute to improving our support processes by providing feedback on common customer pain points and suggesting solutions to enhance overall service quality.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication abilities with a patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions. We require previous experience in a customer-facing support role, strong problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency with standard office software and helpdesk ticketing systems. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity standards and meeting service level agreements. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and bilingual abilities are considered a valuable asset.
