As a Signage Customer Service representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their signage journey. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing detailed information about our signage products, pricing, and production timelines. Your responsibilities include processing new orders accurately, tracking existing orders through production and delivery stages, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the customer experience. You will work closely with our design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless communication and timely project completion. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical signage concepts in clear, accessible language. You should be comfortable working with customer relationship management systems and have previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within manufacturing, construction, or design industries. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate patience, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Key skills for success in this position include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously. Experience with signage terminology, vinyl application processes, or graphic design software would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
