ForFutures Financial, a trusted financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services LLC, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their financial inquiries are handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. As a key member of our client-focused team, you will support individuals and families in achieving their financial goals through outstanding service in a fully remote environment based out of Anywhere, SC.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage a high volume of client interactions via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings, addressing questions about financial products, account details, investment strategies, and service requests. Resolve issues promptly by troubleshooting account problems, processing transactions, updating records in our CRM systems, and escalating complex matters to financial advisors when needed. Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FINRA and SEC guidelines, and contribute to improving customer satisfaction through feedback analysis and process enhancements. Actively promote ForFutures' advisory services by identifying opportunities to schedule consultations or recommend personalized financial planning solutions.
Required Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services industry, is essential. Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams is mandatory. Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain relevant certifications such as Series 6 or 7 within the first 6 months of employment, subject to business needs.
