As the Principal Product Manager for Sales and Customer Success Platforms at Yelp, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company's internal tools that drive sales performance and customer retention. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives that directly influence revenue growth and client satisfaction across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that empower both sales representatives and customer success managers. In this role, you will own the product roadmap for critical platforms used by Yelp's sales and customer success teams. Key responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders, defining product requirements and user stories, and overseeing the full product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration. You will analyze usage data and market trends to identify opportunities for platform enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and team needs. Collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and customer success leadership will be essential to deliver seamless, efficient experiences. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, along with at least seven years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology environments. Candidates should have a proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise software products and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Experience working with sales or customer success platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar tools is highly desirable.
