In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute personalized marketing strategies tailored to high-value accounts, aligning closely with sales to drive pipeline generation, accelerate deal cycles, and boost revenue growth. Key Responsibilities You will collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify target accounts and craft bespoke ABM programs, including personalized content, events, and digital campaigns. Analyze account data and buyer personas to segment and prioritize opportunities, then deploy multi-channel tactics such as email nurtures, LinkedIn orchestration, webinars, and custom landing pages. Track program performance using marketing analytics tools, optimize ROI through A/B testing, and report on key metrics like engagement rates, pipeline influence, and revenue attribution. Stay ahead of industry trends in ABM best practices, contribute to strategy development, and support cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless account progression from awareness to close. Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required, along with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in account-based marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors. Proven track record of executing successful ABM campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is essential.
