Key Responsibilities
You will handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information on products, orders, and services. Resolve complaints efficiently by troubleshooting issues, processing returns, and escalating complex cases to technical teams. Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system, track order statuses, and collaborate with sales, logistics, and engineering departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare reports on customer feedback and trends to help improve products and processes. Proactively follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Required Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or logistics sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data entry and reporting. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus.
