Spectrum is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Specialist fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team in Grand Island, Nebraska. Key Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, providing product demonstrations, processing sales transactions, maintaining store appearance and inventory displays, meeting individual and team sales targets, and following up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction. You will also handle inquiries in Spanish when needed, resolve complaints professionally, and collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, proven retail or sales experience preferably in telecommunications, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
