Job Overview Disabled Veteran Solutions is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Remote Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of working from anywhere in Florida while providing meaningful support to clients who need assistance navigating our services. As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service in both English and Spanish to ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency. Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and procedures while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all offerings. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our customer relationship management system. Required Qualifications Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
