Bosselman Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Customer-Obsessed Sales Associate to join our team in Alma, Nebraska. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while managing point-of-sale systems and maintaining strict food safety standards. Key Responsibilities include processing customer transactions accurately through POS systems, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed to protect customer health, creating positive shopping experiences that encourage repeat business, monitoring inventory levels and restocking merchandise as needed, collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets, handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns professionally, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, and completing required training on food safety certifications and POS operations.
Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous retail or customer service experience preferred, ability to obtain food safety certification, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency for operating POS systems, and availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
