Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing plans tailored to oncology portfolios, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and educational initiatives. Collaborate closely with national marketing teams, sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize promotional efforts and maximize market share. Lead KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement programs, advisory boards, and speaker bureaus to build advocacy and generate actionable insights. Manage regional budgets, track ROI on marketing activities, and deliver performance reports to senior leadership. Support field sales teams through training, tactical execution, and customized materials. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory guidelines, including FDA requirements and industry codes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with at least 5 years in oncology or specialty therapeutics. Proven track record in regional marketing leadership within the North Central US territory. Deep knowledge of oncology market dynamics, treatment paradigms, and stakeholder ecosystems.

Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with expertise in data-driven decision-making using tools like IQVIA, Komodo, or similar platforms. Outstanding communication and presentation skills for engaging HCPs, internal teams, and executives. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience managing projects and budgets. Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems (e.g., Veeva), and marketing analytics software. High adaptability in a fast-paced, regulated environment, with a passion for patient-centric innovation.
