Job Overview
Sagora Senior Living Inc. is looking for a dynamic Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to oversee sales and marketing efforts across our senior living communities in Nebraska. This leadership role involves developing and executing strategies to boost occupancy rates, enhance brand visibility, and cultivate strong community relationships in the senior care sector. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales leadership within hospitality or healthcare, with a passion for improving the lives of seniors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure alignment with company goals. Develop and implement comprehensive regional sales and marketing plans, including targeted campaigns, digital marketing, and community outreach events to drive lead generation and conversions. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize occupancy in assigned territories. Collaborate with regional operations leaders to align sales initiatives with community needs and service standards. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, and senior organizations. Manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective execution and ROI. Represent Sagora at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our reach.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive sales and marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and increasing market share in multi-site operations. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Nebraska region as needed.
