The US Navy Reserve is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Decision Unit in Santa Clara, California. This role supports the health and readiness of service members by providing expert clinical care within a dynamic military healthcare setting. The nurse will assess, monitor, and manage patients presenting with acute and subacute conditions, ensuring timely interventions and seamless care transitions.
Key Responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs in accordance with Navy protocols. The nurse will collaborate with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
