Holman, a leader in automotive fleet management and lifecycle services, is seeking a dynamic Regional Product Sales Manager - East to spearhead sales initiatives across the eastern region from our Illinois base. This full-time role offers the opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in promoting innovative products like fleet maintenance solutions, vehicle remarketing, and telematics, driving revenue growth and expanding market share in a competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and close high-value deals. Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, performance feedback, and motivation to ensure consistent quota attainment. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients in automotive, logistics, and corporate sectors, conducting needs assessments and delivering tailored product demonstrations. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to refine strategies, forecast accurately, and recommend product enhancements. Represent Holman at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Prepare detailed sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts for senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive sales experience in product sales, ideally within automotive, fleet management, or SaaS environments. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing regional teams in an East Coast territory. Strong understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region, including overnight stays.
