Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust analytics pipelines and data infrastructure to support business intelligence and reporting needs. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Architect and implement scalable data models, ETL processes, and real-time analytics systems using modern technologies. Optimize existing data workflows for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency while ensuring data quality and governance standards. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and best practices within the engineering team. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our analytics capabilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of professional software development experience. Proven expertise in building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and analytics platforms. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, along with experience in SQL and data warehousing technologies. Skills Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and modern data tools such as Spark, Kafka, or Snowflake. Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms is highly desirable.
