Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, resolving issues related to account management, financial products, and services. Assist clients with understanding investment options, scheduling appointments with advisors, and processing transactions securely. Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as FINRA and SEC guidelines. Escalate complex issues to senior advisors or compliance teams while providing seamless follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and contribute to client education initiatives through clear communication of financial concepts. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or a call center environment. Strong knowledge of financial terminology and products is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information simply. Active listening and problem-solving abilities to handle diverse client needs empathetically. High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
