Contribute to the creation of training resources, including manuals, videos, and toolkits, while tracking participant progress and reporting on program success.
Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US with a BSN or higher degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in occupational health, employee health, or related field. Proven experience in nursing education, training, or mentorship, ideally within corporate or industrial settings. Certification in occupational health nursing (COHN-S or COHN) is highly desirable. Proficiency in virtual training tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas).
Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences. Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations, risk assessment, and health promotion strategies. Ability to mentor and coach professionals at various experience levels. Proficiency in e-learning development and adult learning principles (andragogy). Analytical mindset for evaluating training impact and program metrics. Tech-savvy with remote collaboration tools and healthcare software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple training initiatives.
